Patched a hole in my tire and mounted it for me in 20 minutes free of charge!
Have been dealing with this Kal Tire for many years! Excellent product knowledge and service provided by the employees. All of our vehicles have tires purchased from this Kal Tire location. The complimentary tire patches and tire rotations are great value. They also standby their warranty coverage. Our daughter had an incident over this Long Weekend where two tires got holes after driving by a construction area. First the good, the front desk staff were nice and they got me in quick to patch my tire. But giving them three stars for charging me $70 for a simple patch. The staff didn’t even check the air for my other three tires and top them up. I had to get a different tire patched in December (just had some bad luck with bolts on the road) and was charged $30 plus they checked all my tires air pressure and topped them up. Won’t be going back to Kaltire to buy my new tires after this experience.
Brought my car in to have my tire looked at because it was making a weird hissing sound. I appreciated that the service I received was prompt and friendly. What I didn't appreciate was a $60 invoice to have a single nail removed. The price is outrageous compared to other places I have gone to for a similar repair. I would not return here
Kal Tire has many options for tires plus other services such as brakes, etc. I have purchased my all weather tires and had my rotors and brakes service done at the Port Moody location. The service is excellent and my recent experience with Roberto exceeded my expectations. In short, the entire team goes above and beyond to service their customers.
