I have a large fleet of Campervans that I rent out from Port Moody. So this is more than a one off, I come to this shop frequently. This Kaltire is EXCEPTIONAL. I come to them for all tire and alignment issues. If needed, Owen (one of the mechanics here) takes great care of me. I had a leaking tire. It was Sunday and I was able to make same-day reservation to go visit. I expected good service because of the good reviews, and they did exactly that. What I didn't expect is that they repaired my leaking tire for free of charge, even when the tire wasn't purchased from them. I was like, really? (in a good way of course). Came down from Kamloops for the weekend and heard a slight rattle in my drivers rear area. Thankfully the guys were able to squeeze me in with no appointment before his lunch and take a peek at the car, they told me there was no bolt visibly loose on the rear of the car.
