Over the weekend, I got a flat tire while leaving a parkade. It was late, and I had no idea how I was going to get it fixed, or if it was even possible that same day. I visited a few tire shops, but none of them could help me. Then I went to Kal Tire, and I’m so glad I did. The team there, Hamid, Mohammad, and Rez, were incredibly polite and helpful. Today, I got a flat tire and wasn’t able to tow the car because my wife and our 7-month-old daughter were with me. We felt very nervous and stressed. We went to Kal Tire and were pleasantly surprised by the kindness and support of Rez Kabeh,Mohammad and rest of the team. They were incredibly friendly and helped us solve the problem quickly. Thank you all so much—wishing you the very best! I’ll definitely recommend this store and will return for future servicing of my car.

*Original 1 star* Good customer service and quick work. Purchased 4 new tires and the installation was the problem. I specifically told the service rep that my wheels had no damage and to make a note on my file in order to prevent any disputes afterwards. He confirmed all wheels had no damage and said no problem. The wheels had a lot of grease and grime when I picked up the car which hid any potential rim scratches. After cleaning the car, parts of the rim (lug nut area and edge) have been scratched.
