Here’s a shorter, natural version: Excellent service and very honest staff! The young lady at the front desk was warm and friendly, and the guys in the back were great. They found a nail but honestly explained it hadn’t punctured the tread, so no repair was needed and they didn’t charge me anything. Really appreciate their honesty and great service. Highly recommend Kal Tire!
Dear Matt, Cody and Raff, thank you very much for taking care of my SUV(Audi Q5). I could not asked for a better services that I have received from the team at Kal Tire. I wish you all the best and I will always return for your help whenever I have issues with my vehicle. Thanks again
After a tire change over, Shayla let me know that my tire rods hadn't been changed since it rolled off the factory floor and that I needed to have it changed asap. She gave me a quote that included tire rebalancing, for which I was prepared to pay. When I picked up my car, the tires didn't need to be rebalanced; I truly appreciate a company that doesn't perform unnecessary tasks just for the $. I drove away with a car that drives more beautifully than before. I appreciate your technicians!
