My issue with Kal Tire Peterborough is both concerning and puts into question their honesty. I took my vehicle to Kal Tire for the annual tire change, winter to summer. When the work was completed I was informed that my rear brakes were wearing unevenly and furthermore due to wear needed to be replaced. They handed me a report describing this in great detail and attached an estimate for replacing the rear brakes in the amount of $600.00 My car is new with only 22000 km and the brakes working perfectly. Called today on a whim looking for an unusual size of hubcentric rings for aftermarket wheels I picked up. The customer service I received today an hour before closing was fantastic. Thank you for your service today!
Called today because my tire had a slow leak in it, they were able to get me in within the hour! They were super nice in there! They took off the tire and put the spare on for no charge! They also gave me some quotes and explained everything well! Definitely would go back!
Back in January I purchased new tires at the Kal Tire in Whitby. Later that month I got a flat on one of my tires and was towed to Kal Tire Peterborough where they took care of the flat under warranty and installed it for me. I was treated so kindly and appreciated their accommodation considering I had originally got the tires at a different location. Shout out to Ian, would recommend working with these folks!
