A couple of friends referred me to go to this locatiom where Ivan mechanic for the wheel alignment. Indeed, my car alignment was done exceptionally perfect. I got the printed alignment results that show angles before and after the alignment. Steering wheel position is perfect and the car is running straight. Bringing my second car for the alignment to Ivan as well. Strongly recommend this Kaltire location!

The good: They were able to fit me in with reasonable notice. The work was completed as requested and in the timeline/price quoted. The bad: The customer service was bad. When scheduling the work they acted as all my questions were an inconvenience and quick to end the interaction. When it came to paying they told me the total and initiated payment.
