Ruined my wheel alignment. Failed to repair it. Unprofessional staff.

It was wonderful to deal with Barry, I was in need of new tires as well as having my struts done. He helped me choose the tires that would be best and we had them installed the same day, then booked an appointment to have the struts done and the alignment at that time. It was a wonderful experience and amazing service!
Got to the store Friday at 5:50 pm, store closes at 6:00pm. Has a nail in one tire, and that tire was not holding air. Randy ask me if I could leave it, and they would get it done first thing tomorrow. I explained that I lived out of town and that wouldn't work. He immediately went back into the shop and got a tech on it right away. We ended up keeping them till after close. All the staff were all smiles and not one person seemed remotely inconvenienced by this. After all was done they did not even charge me for the repair. ... read more
Sloppy alignment, at a premium price($180). New parts were installed and car still tracks poorly. Right turns are loud, and wheel isnt straight. I will choose another place in the future. Disappointed in "lucky"
