Brought my fleet truck in for snow tires. Pricing was great, and scheduling service was easy. I waited while they changes my tires and could not get over how awesome the service advisor was. Full of positivity, pivoting from person to person, on the phone, helping clients outside, taking service calls. He was calm cool and collected. At one point I even crumpled up a paper while I was working and he ran over and asked if he could take it for me. These guys are LOCKED IN on the customer experience! I went to put my tires on my rims and they didn’t balance my tires properly my car was shaking.. I went to a dealership to rebalance my tires and no more shaking and they told me Your tire was really bad balance.
