Just an honest review from a real customer. I picked up my truck from Kaizen today. I was involved in a small fender-bender. Nothing major -- bumper, some scrapes to small parts, and parking sensors. Even a small fender-bender can introduce a bunch of anxiety - especially in an industry that I'm unfamiliar with. Progressive offered me Kaizen Collision Center for repairs and I accepted.
