Molly is a terrible provider she doesn't even do her job right
It takes a lot for me to post a negative review. I mean a lot. The owner is unprofessional and rude. After try to apologize for the time I was taking to gather information she cut me off, completely ignoring me. Repeating the same information as before. She treated me like I was stupid and dumb. I pray she doesn't treat her clients the same way.
I’ve been with Kaizen for over a year and a half now. I have nothing but great things to say about Molly!! She is very willing to sit and listen to everything you have to say, she is very realistic and helps navigate you to the best options. From anxiety, to depression, to chronic pain she’s been a big help for me. I have also recommended many people to Kaizen and they’ve had great experiences.
I finally have the perfect med management and therapist. Molly has been the most honest, straightforward and trustworthy mental health clinician I have ever worked with. The rest of the staff are excellent too! I'm grateful I found this place. Molly helps give me peace of mind. I have nothing negative to say.
