I’ve been going to Dr Tara for a few months due to neck pain and tension headaches. After the first few visits, I felt such relief. This location has everything- masseuse, trigger point injections, stim machines…it’s a one stop shop where you can get everything taken care of. The staff is so helpful and friendly….I highly recommend!

Updated review for anyone looking for exceptional care that stands the test of time! Five stars just isn't enough. Dr. Tara, and the staff at Kaizen have changed my life. I move through my days with comfort, having the luxury of feeling pain free without the use of medicine.
