This was by far my most pleasurable experience when purchasing a vehicle. Anas was very friendly and professional without being a pushy salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable and had obviously done his research on all the vehicles in his inventory. The car was in great shape, clean, and the price was fair. The car was purchased for my 16 year old daughter and I had zero reservations about her getting behind the wheel. My family will definitely be a repeat customer!
At the moment the jury is out. I test-drove the car on Saturday and told them I would be back on Monday to purchase. I called Monday morning, because my bank was closed and they said they would hold it until the next day at 3 p.m. I asked if they needed a deposit and they said no. While I was at the bank getting the money, Monday afternoon at 2:30, I received a text saying they sold the car. When I called they said there was a mistake. Quick response, Honda was sold before I could get there
Cars are not maintained, you can drive off their lot and encounter issues. But, they will work with you just once to fix the problem. Not sure if it is worth headache and frustration. Find a dealership that you can trust. Cheap is not always good!
