I was very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Edwards. From the beginning, she seemed to have her mind made up about my symptoms before even evaluating me. She was dismissive of what I was describing and seemed reluctant to run blood work. Her demeanor was not particularly pleasant, and I left the appointment feeling unheard and brushed aside. I’d give 0 stars if I could… Kaitlyn Edward’s treated me absolutely awful. I was running 10 minutes late for my 9am appointment. I called and notified the office they said it’s okay to come on in. When I arrived the receptionist was polite. Immediately after entering the examination room with Kaitlyn Edward’s she screamed at me for being late, threatened to not see me at all plus charge me for the visit. After almost a year of having a chronic, debilitating cough that was misdiagnosed as asthma by two pulmonologists I saw Dr. Edwards..I was basically at the end of my rope..after listening to my symptoms she immediately knew what my problem was. Silent reflux..she gave me a medication and I just had my follow up today..I've had minimal coughing for the first time in almost a year! I can't say enough about how grateful I am for her! Definitely see her for any ENT issues!

I was Desperate for some medical help with my EAR Infection from Hell. One week prior to my scheduled appointment with Dr Edwards the pain was so bad that I drove to the Center Point Emergency Room but was turned away because they didn't have a ENT on staff.
