Kait is a first rate realtor! I have dealt with many realtors as an investor and she is top notch. An excellent negotiator, she is very responsive, organized and most importantly; she KNOWS her markets. She stays up-to-date with the latest in the housing market industry and has many contacts with mortgage companies, private money lenders, and contractors. Kait negotiated our best sales price, higher than we originally expected in this slowing market. I highly recommend Kait.
