Martell in the Optical Vision Center and sales department is amazing! His attention to detail and the level of customer service really impressed me as I haven’t had much interaction with the optical department at Kaiser. His understanding of my needs exceptional, and he gave a sturdy repair to my old frames, nothing short of top notch. Thank you Martell.

they "don't order replacement parts" for glasses, even if you pay for their extra insurance plan. The repair technician did provide a high quality reinforcement so I could keep wearing them until I can find. a suitable replacement part on my own.
My mom gets her acupuncture done here. The atmosphere is nice outside on a sunny day. Parking can be hard to find or you can use the parking garage. There is a passenger loading zone.
