There’s a lot of bird crap on the sidewalk to get there. The food for lunch was good and I needed urgent care and they took care of me.
Jessica for Urgent care check in was extremely rude I walk in to see where I check in she tells me to come in and sit down I do. Then I see many other people being helped, I get up and asked if she was going to check me in and proceeds to say I asked you if you were checked in already and I said no you didn't you told me to come in and sit down. This employee should not be working this position or needs retraining on how to hand patients. Horrible.
I needed urgent care and they took care of me.

Took my mom in for possible bladder pain, checked in waited about 15 minutes, about 10 minutes later saw the nurse had to a test, 5 minutes later Dr called us in gave the results, cal the pharmacy for prescription, waited maybe 10 minutes - EVERYONE we spoke to EXTREMELY kind , I’m assuming maximum time there was approximately 1 hour max ( this was approximately 3:00 afternoon) I previously had Kaiser insurance for approximately 20 years- I always had EXCELLENT CARE - and experience with everyone, always friendly, genuinely ... read more
