Took my mom in for possible bladder pain, checked in waited about 15 minutes, about 10 minutes later saw the nurse had to a test, 5 minutes later Dr called us in gave the results, cal the pharmacy for prescription, waited maybe 10 minutes - EVERYONE we spoke to EXTREMELY kind , I’m assuming maximum time there was approximately 1 hour max ( this was approximately 3:00 afternoon) I previously had Kaiser insurance for approximately 20 years- I always had EXCELLENT CARE - and experience with everyone, always friendly, genuinely ... read more
First time here, and I’ll just say that I’d rather drive to LA Kaiser to get help. I came here to take my little brother to urgent care, and I just feel bad that he’s been sitting here for almost three hours. I know that we aren’t the only ones waiting, but I’m a bit confused when people get called in before us and they’ve just arrived in the waiting area. Don’t get me wrong, Fontana’s facility is spacious and clean, but I feel that there should be more staff or an efficient system to help more people. It’s called urgent car... read more
