The receptionist I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and difficult to communicate with, to the point that I couldn’t even make an appointment. The way she spoke to and treated me was completely inappropriate, especially for someone working in a psychiatric department, let alone the medical field as a whole.
Edit: I have since called again multiple times and left voicemails, which are never returned. The operators I do get through to hang up on me. A disgrace to mental healthcare. Three different times, for three different types of appointments, I've booked what I thought was the actual appointment — waited two weeks — only to learn on the call that it was just an appointment to schedule the real appointment, another 2–3 weeks out. That's over a month of waiting for every single thing. Now I get a text saying they cancelled the final screening call, and I've been on hold trying to reschedule — after speaking to 3 different agents and explaining my situation 3 separate times.
