More than disappointing. Kaiser’s Psychiatry Department is nearly impossible to access. Calls are put on hold for hours, voicemails are full, and when I finally get a list of therapists, none are accepting new patients. This has been an issue for years, making it extremely frustrating and painful for those seeking mental health support. Kaiser needs to do better.

Review on Kaiser mental health, specifically Dr Gina Clark. I'm a young healthy corporate professional and spent 2 years being gaslit and treated like garbage by Kaiser. If you have the option to avoid Kaiser I can't stress enough on taking it. I pay more with a different insurance provider but my quality of life has dramatically changed. Despicable front desk mean girls who hate their lives and sit their hanging up on patients who are calling to get care. There is lack of management at this place and something needs to be done. The girls

I have been shocked at how horrible the services are here. They seem to be causing more mental health distress to me and I'd imagine other clients, than they do help. Hands down the worst mental health services I have had anywhere else
