I've had good experiences with the staff here
You can only get an appointment once a month even if you're suicidally depressed. My therapist cancelled my appointments on me a few times and she couldn't help me with much. She also forgot my trauma history I already told her before. I'm switching my insurance so maybe I can get help.
IOP and PHP are not for me but Rachel Briggs is a five star therapist with Kaiser on so. Stockton blvd works with PTSD and had amazing bedside manner, get her if you can. She makes improving possible at Kaiser.
IOP here is the best service , thank you all for your hard and dedicated work towards mental health completeness. You all rock !
