Kaiser Pharmacy services are a bureaucratic nightmare. Not one time has it gone smoothly getting my VERY COMMON maintenance medication refilled - it’s always 2 or 3 things that go wrong in a simple process that somehow always involves me spending hours on the phone or waiting to talk to someone in person . If you call, they won’t let you speak directly to retail pharmacy staff by phone, which means if you have a question, you have to play telephone through someone in a call center who doesn’t know what you are talking about.... read more

I had a great time out there even though I don't no we're I was at but I came across some one who I really no who they are ...
Nice pharmacy. But if your there you have kaiser and likely have no choice.
