RecommendedCannot speak highly enough of the professional staff, facilities, and experience at this Kaiser. Grateful we were able to have our baby girl here. The only regret I have is that I cannot remember each of our nurses, midwives, and doctors’ names. Thank you thank you thank you.
I am a Sutter patient and have never had any experience with Kaiser.
They were great with my delivery, and they have a great NICU unit.
I didn’t want to say I don’t recommend this location but rather DO Not recommend two nurses that were awful last week. Parents be aware of nurse Karey and Cathy who work here!!! I stayed in Pediatrics which was in the same area as PICU for five days!!! Of all the nurses, doctors and respiratory nurses, which were many in five days, two were horrible (under statement) and doesn’t belong in Pediatrics and dealing with worried parents. Jill Edgar is the very best nurse in that center!!!! The whole staff is amazing.
The Labor and Delivery has awesome staff members.
So today a moment that should have been a memorable day of something so beautiful turned into an experience that will plague my memory of horror. During the delivery of my granddaughter staff at Kaiser Roseville Women And Children's violated patient and family policy to allow the opportunity of capturing memories of my grand baby entering the world!! They took real good care of me during my whole labor and delivery
I initially wanted to rate the L&D department a 5. I went in several times starting around 37 weeks pregnant to be checked bc I was having labor symptoms. Everyone was so nice & helpful. Until 3/31 when I went in & they checked me, said I wasn't far enough along to be admitted. Sent me off to walk & come back twice. The third time I came back I was "Almost a 4" but they sent me home to "take something to help me sleep" and told me to come back if my water broke or contractions got stronger.
