Fantastic helpfulness and explanation of features I was not even aware of with my hearing aids. She also corrected the fact that I was not inserting them far enough. I am absolutely delighted with the results of today's visit.
Jennifer at the check-in desk at West Salem Audiology is very hospitable, welcoming me by name. Diana was most helpful in arranging for a quick repair checkup on my Phonak hearing aids lately so I could have the problem solved before my teaching in Salem last week. A few weeks ago, Heidi Sheridan made sure I arranged to have my hearing aids inspected before my warranty period expired. Appointment was right on time and all personnel were very polite and helpful.
Giving this review 3 stars because the front desk lady (Jennifer I believe) was really nice and welcoming, along with the nurse. The Dr. I saw is the reason I’m removing two stars. I didn’t get good care, rushed appointment, didn’t investigate my concerns, showed me a menu of pills/injectables( for weightloss) I could choose from and then prescribed other pills.
