Extremely rude front desk, and they will call and cancel your appointment with no help and schedule you out for another 3 plus weeks when you are intense pain. Would recommend switching insurances Kaiser is the absolute worst.

In 1987 I was diagnosed with testicular cancer. I was 18 years old. Dr. Egan was my doctor I'm satisfied with my treatment. I survived. I do have life long consequences from the cancer treatments and that was the loss of my ability to have children. I'm sorry for this it's probably the reason I never married.
