I needed a simple xRay of my foot. I waited on a Saturday afternoon for 45 minutes, at which point I was told the department did not havae enough staff, and it would be at least anohter hour KAISER, you need to do better. Provide adequate staff when a Dpartment is open!
No communication between the technicians! Technician was confrontational, rude, unprofessional, lacked patience and empathy and understanding during the appointment. This department needs immediate trading in patient care, agism, and profiling.
ER and ICU Nurses work very hard to make things as easy as possible... The General Admin nursing staff leaves a TON to be Desired?! Its like they have no pride in their work and couldnt much less about the patients? I dont know if they are over-worked/over-loaded but the level.of care is unacceptable.
