I have to came and do x ray that my doctor order I have and hour and 35 min waiting they call al the other patient but not me so I ask the lady at the front desk and she said that they don’t have a room for me but everybody else, I still waiting after 2 hours they didn’t call me yet I guess they only have one room but is not for me.. don’t came unless is an emergency…
I was extremely happy with my choice to take my preteen and teen in for various X-rays they had ordered on a Saturday. The staff were friendly and we were in and out in 30 minutes. We felt fortunate that it wasn’t busy because it is walk in, but we got lucky with efficient and fast treatment.
I wish there was a zero or minus option. The doctor and his assistant were good. But all the other employees I interacted with seemed to have no interest in their job or the patients. They seriously need to make a lot of staff changes. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at any place. They take everything for granted.
