Had an ophthalmologist appointment with Dr. CARNAHAN and a nurse visit with Mary Jean. Mary Jean was very friendly, courteous, and enthusiastic with the pre-visit measurements. Dr. Carnahan was amazing as he took the time to explain the details of the tests, results, and answering my questions. He did draw/illustrate with clear pictures in order to better explain. Not only was the tech pleasant and hospitable, but she was thorough and knowledgeable of her skills and machinery. I had full confidence in her abilities during the tests. She's a definite asset to your team.
Dr and technician are excellent. The admin staff is less so. Bungled my future appointment.
The optometrist and optician were both very thorough and explained everything in detail. Highly recommend.
Stay away from Kaiser and their optometry/ophthalmology department in particular. They simply do not care about your health. At my appointment, the eye exam lasted less than five minutes, and the entire visit was wrapped up within ten, with no helpful advice or treatment options. They simply told me they couldn’t do anything about my condition.
