I never have to worry, I know I have great doctors that are always there for me. And that means everything.
Today I received the worst service in Urgent care by a Nurse Jasen. He was very unprofessional, rude and cocky. Not at all the type of service Kaiser would approve of. Without going into much detail, he wanted to prescribe meds to my daughter without knowing for fact if she had strep then when I told him to do a culture he acted like a child and did not want to do it the fast way but wanted her to wait a few days for results when he could do an 8min test.
