Because of the limited opening hours, the lines are super long, and the staff are not exactly understanding of people's frustrations with standing in line outdoors for 40 minutes. If this clinic had reasonable opening hours this wouldn't happen, but everyone who has a job or a child can only go on Saturday mornings, so it's slammed .

Would give it negative stars if I could. Poor run Covid and flu vaccines with hours long lines. Staff is mildly friendly but overall super slow and borderline incompetent. Making patients wait out in the cold or sun will just make more people sick. But hey Kaiser staff will strike for more pay and benefits because you know why not!
