Amazing customer service
All the time waisted, just need an ultrasound and they are closed on weekends. And because of that the doctor can't give me a work note. Even so, the ultrasound unit still doesn't answer the phone at the time they are supposed to be open. This kaiser location is the worst! People are hurting!!!
Don't leave negative reviews for a wait time, this is urgent care, and some waiting is expected no matter where you go. If you want zero wait, go to a private doctor. That said, once I was seen, the staff here were professional, caring, and attentive. They addressed my needs promptly and treated me with respect. This place doesn’t deserve a 1-star review over something that’s standard everywhere.
