Best to have an appointment to go here they have limited walk in appointments….they made us wait in line for 10 minutes just to tell us that and to go to the ER while my daughter was bleeding all over and crying hysterically and they couldn’t even check us in for the ER…. Typical Kaiser …Also the door locks after 8pm just fyi
I’m not sure why people are downvoting this place because of the scheduling. Urgent Care isn’t open 24 hours. They can only take so many patients during their hours of operation. So of course they will have to start turning people away once they reach capacity just like any other business.
