They don't send reminders when it's time to make an appointment, they won't let you make your next appointment when you're leaving your current appointment. When you call ahead to make an appointment, they tell you they don't schedule that far in advance and you need to call back in a few weeks; when you call back they tell you they are totally booked for months.
