Kaiser sucks! They are horrible at getting information to their patients. They claim they want people to use the online charts and that using them the quickest way to gather important information, and then they proceed to send important information on paper letters that never arrive! Get it together.
I missed the memo that my PA has left kaiser. I was assigned to Rusty Jones who to my surprise was very thorough and knowledgeable upon my visit. I appreciate him taking time to look at my chart and giving me the help I needed as well as making suggestions that were not made previously.
