Same day appointment. Called about 9 was seen at 10:40. DR Harper nice, answered questions fully, got a plan together for treatment, gave me a copy of the after visit summary and a guide for some exercises that might help and 3 hrs later results of x rays available. In previous years appointments were 2+ months. New scheduling process seems to work.
