I had a very disappointing experience at Kaiser Permanente in Buford, Georgia. When I arrived, I was asked to sign in at a kiosk, which was already confusing and kept crashing. When I asked the receptionist for help, he was extremely rude especially to me as a man, while he was polite and friendly to the women. Later, when the doctor requested a blood test, I went back to him for clarification, and again, he gave me a dismissive, rude response, just telling me to go back to the kiosk. Stacie and Marco have excellent customer service skills. I felt at ease when I came in. Glad I chose Kaiser.
I've only been late a few times in the 8+ years with Kaiser. It's insurance provided for Gwinnett County employees. When late I am charged a "no show" fee. And yet today I have been in the lobby since 4:00 for my 4:10 appt and it is now 4:50. No communication as to why. Or that they are aware of the time and trying to help expedite. THAT I could understand and work with. Just level with me and communicate. Or can I charge a "no show" charge??
