Great place
The inaction of the hospital staff is truly infuriating. First, I must admit that the hospital does have some good staff, but the nurses and receptionists I encountered were absolutely disgusting. I've had numerous prenatal checkups, and the person responsible for them wasn't even a doctor. She told me she was my doctor, but I only found out a few days ago that she wasn't. No wonder! Will never be retuning to this location. My fiancé came in experiencing intense stomach pain and was seeking genuine help and was met with laughter, backhanded comments, and condescending language from the nurse practitioner, last name Knee. When she told me how she was laughed at and made to feel stupid for what she was feeling I could not believe what I was hearing. Medical staff should be understanding and helpful in making a patient feel better. Not whatever the hell this was. Very disappointed.
The front desk staff at this hospital are absolutely disappointing - they're extremely rude and often disappear from their posts for long periods. The OB doctors also keep dragging things on forever, completely ignoring any notifications or phone calls that need to be made. God will punish you for this!
