My appointment here has been canceled (WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE) even though I scheduled almost a month in advance. My doctor knows I can’t drive and I am in pain right now due to the issue my appointment was for. They called my dad to cancel, despite me being the one handling all of this on my own since I was 14 (I’m 18 now). They didn’t even attempt to call me to cancel.

This is a review of Kaiser in general. I was fortunate enough to have been covered through my dads insurance, and for that I am grateful. I had received service and was subsequently billed for the service. My coverage was not accepted because there was an error in the system regarding my birthday. Seemed like an easy fix, I called back and fourth between the insurance company at my dads job and Kaiser.
