Not friendly, not helpful, and not competent. I now have to drive to the Everett Kaiser just to have blood drawn because of the incompetence of one of the lab techs. (Updated to four stars6/24). The lab issue was resolved. The regular lab tech was on vacation for several months. She is back now, and is great.
No one likes to go to the doctor but Dr. Mwatha is wonderful. She is kind, knowledgeable and always makes me feel heard and cared about.
Do not attempt to go to this location if you are primarily on tricare insurance. They will not call you ahead of time to tell you that they do not accept tricare as a primary insurance and you will have to show up to your appointment to be told this. The scheduling center (when making this appointment) also did not notify me of this and said it would be covered and that there were no issues. Both times I have been there I have specifically asked for specific testing and have gotten brushed off. This facility has workers that want to do the bare minimum. This time around have been very sick and can barely breathe. They did no testing for anything other than looking in my throat with a light and in my ears. They didn’t test for RSV like I asked them to. Then when complained about still having symptoms they followed up wanting me to go to urgent care on a Sunday to do testing for RSV?!?
