Im new to having Kiaser but I love my doctor I have
Had an urgent matter that needed to be seen right away. Kaiser Permanente scheduled appt with Dr Susan Kaufman in a timely manner. Dr Kaufmann was friendly, professional, experienced and listened to my concerns and empathy. I would definitely recommend her to any other members.
Samantha pulled one pair of glasses and it was the style that fit me best. Great experience all around.
Dr. Preet was attentive to my queries. My problems as presented were assessed and she provided learning tools and guidance. The Med Tech greeted me at the door and was quickly able to begin her assessment. She let me know about how long I would wait till the Dr. arrived.
I made it very clear when I scheduled my appointment that I wanted a full checkup for everything possible and my yearly exam completed because I hadn't had one in many years. I can't even remember the last time I went to the doctors. When I came in for my appointment today I got absolutely nothing done. No bloodwork or urine sample to check for whatever it is they check those things for. No Pap smear. No breast exam. No concern shown or inquiries about my mental health or lifestyle or family history. No check up for anything... read more
