Two of the medical assistants were very rude and condescending. Their tone of voice and body language speak for their personality. They should work as security guards instead of…I will never forget how they treated me . No compassion and no respect and kindness. Dr Batani is very thoughtful and caring. She suggests coping strategies, but she also offers clinical assistance as well. Her explanations are very clear and precise. She never seems to be in a rush, something I’m thankful for as I age.
I have had great experiences at the Kaiser Skyport Facility! It was easy to find and had lots of good parking. Staff was friendly and helpful at check in and directing me to where I needed to go. My Physical Therapist, Jasmine was very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful!
