Dr. Jose is one of the best physicians I have ever worked with. He is knowledgeable, patient, and truly takes the time to listen and address concerns without making you feel rushed. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure I understand my care and feel supported. Kaiser is very lucky to have him.
Dr Karen Harrington should be fired!!!! I was extremely sick. Lost my voice from laryngitis for 3 months and she did nothing! I could not talk for 3 months and could not work! She filed out my disability claim incorrectly making it so I was not able to collect while I was not able to work for 3 months. She would not respond for weeks when trying to get her to correct the paperwork she messed up on. She was never available and waited too long (months) to give me meds to heal my throat! From the friendly woman with a big beautiful smile on her face that checked me in, to the medical assistant to finally the doctor who examined me…. Everyone, and I mean everyone was so nice and accommodating and really went above and beyond to make me feel safe and to make sure I understood my procedure. I really appreciate that kind of care. It goes so far beyond what a simple thank you can cover. It really is worth its weight in gold! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Dr. Harrington is the real deal! I felt comfortable and respected. She was also very kind to make time to see me and answer all my questions even though I was 20 minutes late. I feel lucky to have her as my doctor
