PT Kopshever was very professional and personable. He is extremely competent and explained both his assessment and instructions thoroughly and in clear terms easy to understand. If I have one minor criticism it is with the Kaiser protocol of not scheduling at least one more personal appointment approximately a week or so after the first to make sure that I am carrying out PT Kopshever's instructions properly. It would also provide additional incentive to make sure that the exercises are done.
I was impressed that the doctor prepared by accessing my stanford account history even though there was no Kaiser history. Dr. Javaid Noorzad was was very thorough. It was great having doctor, pharmacy, and labs all together which made everything very efficient and quick.
I'm extremely pleased to have Dr. Joglekar as my primary care physician. He is the consummate professional who provides top quality medical care. He listens intently and provides sound medical advice. I feel very fortunate.
Very knowledgeable and compassionate
Almost no wait, (atypical, but this review is based on my latest visit). Blood draw administered quickly and efficiently. Quick raw results, plus personal physician analysis, by early next day. Wait times are the biggest variable but, in my experience, service is consistently excellent.
