Clean and friendly staff
This is first meeting with my chosen Dr Kasi. I have been with kaiser for 1.5 years. I had a full physical just before changing plans. She has corresponded with me on various medications during this time. It was time for blood work and I also had a physical issue. She was available, and we met for first time. I made the right choice! Very personable and engaging.
Dr. Tran always approaches each encounter with such care, concern and with an open ear to what is troubling my son.
Dr. Moreno at Kaiser was careful in reviewing my medication history and discussed why certain ones were stopped and what additional tests would be done for evaluation to resume such medications. She also checked what other tests were due and help schedule for appointment. She made me feel at home and in good hands. Very pleased she is in my care team.
Dr Joe created a very friendly environment and was familiar with my medical history. The PT exercises were well demonstrated and reinforced with a handout and access to online demonstrations.
