I visited the urgent care center for an appointment that I had scheduled in advance. However, despite having an appointment, I encountered delays and inefficiencies in communication between the front desk, staff, and the back-office workers. Not a good experience
This is my first time visiting the Kaiser Permanente San Jose Medical building A specifically the surgery department. I have noticed that some of the staff here can be a bit rude. They tend to raise their voices harshly when speaking to patients. It's quite different from the experience I've had at the Kaiser locations in San Francisco and Santa Clara.
