Dr. Job is pleasant and attentive toward addressing my care concerns and goals toward recovery. He recognizes that I am an active person and that I am willing to work to regain stability with my issue.
This Permanente is one of the worst healthcare facilities I’ve ever encountered. The customer service at the front desk is appalling, and the urgent care center is anything but urgent. They won’t even listen to you and keep you waiting for hours, even if you’re in pain. They shouldn’t even be called a hospital.
Jennifer is very caring and knowledgeable. I always enjoy seeing her. The exercises and stretches that she gave me have helped to loosen and strengthen my muscles. I am so grateful to her!
