All personnel I encountered were friendly and professional. They greeted me and made me feel at ease during the procedure. They informed me what was going to happen and what to expect. Their instructions were easy to follow.
The entire staff and Dr. Velayos made me feel comfortable and everyone was professional.
Dr Allen was very attentive to my needs and treated me with the utmost respect. She took all the time needed to make sure I understood what was happening to and with me at all times.
