I am writing to express my concern regarding the difficulty I have experienced in reaching the head and neck department. I have been trying to reschedule my appointment for sla week now and have not received any response to my calls nor any callbacks.
Just a heads up for those with disordered eating- the sleep clinic will send you a templated response to with recommendations to lose weight regardless of your size and overall health. This was jarring for me but apparently that’s their scope of practice and don’t “have the capabilities to personalize messages.”
I really like KP French Campus. The doctors are really good and friendly and the parking and pharmacy are convenient. They have security and pay parking besides anything is better than SF Med CTR 🤣🤣
I've been going to the Urology department here for several years. I've found them very professional and helpful.
