The orthopedics doctor, Dr. John Greenfield, was extremely disappointing and frustrating to work with. He dismissed my diagnoses from 3 previous doctors (and the MRI imaging that was in front of us) and treated those diagnoses as if they didn't exist. His explanation of his own diagnosis was very vague and unclear. I had to ask many probing questions to get what I felt to be an incomplete response in the end. I had my clavicle plate removed by Dr. Tyler Moore, who also did my original surgery three years ago after a bike accident. I can’t say enough good things about him and his team. Everyone from start to finish was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough. This time around, I was a little nervous because I had nausea and felt groggy after my first surgery.
