What the Kaiser staff did in about 3 hours, Agile didn’t even come close to that in their 3 months of seeing me. Dr. Tran gave me a complete and thorough examination that 4 doctors at Agile never came close to. The front desk , the nurse and doctor were more than I expected. These people alone made me glad that I got transferred to Kaiser. I can only hope that these people continue to see me till the end. All of this staff need a raise , vacation or at least some major kudos !!! Thanks to them all !!!
The two med professionals were skilled and specific to me in their instructions for my fluoroscopy. Their positive attitude was also very helpful.
Staff friendly and informative. Dr. Lien Tran was fantastic.
