I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about the hospice staff, I’m sure everyone’s situation is different but every single employee that we came in contact with that visited and cared for my brother was compassionate, professional and simply exceptional. From Angel, that visited and set up the care, to every aide and nurse that continued that care. While some RN's are excellent others are not.. I am pleased with the Chaplain services and their knowledge about end of life and grief support. I was not prepared for the last few days our loved one was on hospice. I would be great if they had volunteers during this time, even for a few hours...

The service is lousy that it almost seems like they are deliberately killing my sister with missed nurse visits, nursing aides who are not neat, delayed delivery of supplies, and continuous increase of morphine and methadone doses to address pain regardless of overdosage. They get worried when patients seem to recover.

I have been seen by MD at kaiser hospital at Morse Avenue I explain my problem for him that I have been coughing for few days and need to be checked for virus he said we don’t have testing kit for you which is very shameful for this hospital.
