Quick and efficient
There is always long waiting lines. It is extremly rare to see more than 2 person. Try to avoid.
Usually the 1st floor front counter and phlebotomy staff are wonderful. Went in for unplanned quarterly blood draw. For some reason it was taking the counter person 6+ min to process at least 3 people ahead of me 18 min later it was too cold in building to wait another 18 min for remainder of people ahead of me. This is unusually slow service so I did not want to rate them lower than 3 stars
