I had another fantastic visit with my provider. Both my visits with Lisa Stafford, NP, have been delightful. She listens to my concerns and addresses all of them. I never feel any pressure that she does not have time for me. I recommend Lisa Stafford and the thorough care she provides. I felt listened to by my physical therapist and she answered all my questions. I was provided exercises and equipment that has greatly helped with my injury.
Kaiser couldn't get better lenses for me than the ones I have had for twenty plus years. What they offered were terrible.
I had the worst experience. She was short with me, very closed off. Rude and didn't even examine me. The way her demeanor made me feel was as if she was judging me and I was not even worth her time. I am very upset and would like a new physician. I will never have her as my clinician again and I hope that she works on her bedside manner. She actually had an RN do the work. She spoke to me for 2 min. Im ********** and would love to file a complaint or grievance.
I found the staff very understanding and compassionate.
