The Inpatient Hospital part is great! Awesome! And so is the Day Surgery Department!! Excellent!! However, the ER is HORRIBLE! TERRIBLE!! So not sure how to review this on the 5-Star system then.
Thank you, Rock Creek. My pregnant fiance and I just spent 2 1/2 hours in your ER for a quick 15 minute visit by a nurse practitioner who said there wasn't anything she could do to alleviate her back pain AND made her feel guilty by implying she only wanted meds. Way to shake the confidence of a first time mom to be! SO worth that $250 copay!
