Jessica Warner is an exemplary doctor. She truly cares about her patients! I am grateful that she is my behavioral health doctor!
I had 5 appointments canceled with no notice by one of the providers here. There was no apology or effort to reschedule me on a timely manner. When I tried to call to resolve the issue the staff was consistently rude and put me on hold for several minutes multiple times before hanging up. When I field an official complaint kaiser's official stance was that they only counted the two most recent incidents, their internal investigation found no wrongdoing, and I was welcome to find a new doctor.
No stars. I have filed a formal, 30-page malpractice complaint against Kaiser doctors in this department with Colorado Division of Professions and Occupations (Colorado medical licensing authority).
Dr. Kim has been fantastic to work with. She listens and responds to my concerns very well. I have been going to her for over a year and feel very comfortable and happy with her as my doctor. I highly recommend using Kaiser.
