I don’t recommend Kaiser at all unless you only have minor health problem or want a surgery other than that get medical elsewhere they might actually listen to you.
Sorry to say the physicians our facility don't follow up on there clients. I've been with them over 5 yrs and haven't ever got a heads up for anything that had to with my well being or health. I did once in the beginning when I had my first checkup just to get register and meet my physician at that location. Thumbs down, I really heard things about the Kaiser clinic in Mission Gorge, that not even the wait is long and they literally call you and remind you if you had an appointment.
