Kaiser is the best medical insurance and facilities I’ve ever been a patient with. But today wait times were extremely long. The pharmacy was closed, which never happens. This is due to a Labor strike. The greedy people at the top need to pay their workers fairly and get patient care back up to where it belongs because right now it’s compromised.

The labs personnel are amazing, they made me feel comfortable and provided information and what i needed. It was a great experience especially because the person I got didn’t hurt me, she was smooth with it
Dr. Roache is truly amazing! I’ve been seeing her since I was 15, and I still feel so fortunate to have a doctor who is so communicative and attentive with my care. She genuinely listens and takes the time to understand my concerns. At my recent visit, I was not only happy to see her but also grateful that she provided both treatment and clear solutions to my problem. She reviewed my labs and ultrasounds thoroughly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. So glad she's my PCP!
