This is my first time to put review and first time give bad review. I got bad experience from some people working here, they make a funny about me.. even when i walking go exit they still laughing. She listens attentively to my medical concerns and takes the time to clearly explain the reasons behind her recommended care plans, ensuring I feel informed and confident in my healthcare decisions. I've been a Kaiser Permanente patient for 13 years. I've had many positive experiences, however since COVID things haven't gone as smoothly. I know the stress and sheer number of patients (and too few doctors) is not isolated to Kaiser, we're in a different world now.
