Dr. Hieu Thuan Phan is a wonderful primary care physician at Kaiser Permanente Rancho Cucamonga location. They are very professional, kind, and truly listen to their patients. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and they always explain everything in a clear and helpful way. The staff is also very friendly and efficient. Kaiser doesn't care about their patients with this whole strike stupidity! Can't call anyone to get the halo that I need. Can't order prescriptions for pick up when I need them. I'm going to change my insurance.
I have an extreme fear of Needles, the very thought of getting my blood drawn brings me to tears when I went to see the technician. I explained my fear to him as usual I did tear up. He was so gentle with me. He never made me feel embarrassed when I started crying before you knew it he poke me. I didn’t even know when he did it. Kaiser Rancho Cucamonga is great. I had an appt today with Dr. LaCount. I always feel heard and I can’t tell you how much that helps when I’m dealing with chronic medical issues. Her staff (today it was Nora her LVN) is always knowledgeable about my case and very professional. I had to go to optometry following my appt. Christopher was my nurse and he was understanding about my cold and did the exam in a timely manner.
