I wish I could give negative stars. Kaiser is the worst insurance I have ever had. Getting anything you need is like pulling teeth, and takes weeks. I had to quickly see a primary doctor, as through my lawyers after an accident, stopped seeing a doctor who was filling out disability paperwork I needed no problem. Finally after waiting weeks for my appointment, past time the paperwork is needed, I finally go see a doctor. Only to be dismissed with my pain, and denied the help I needed. They are always friendly even when they are short staffed!! The lab wait time is extremely long, due to very little staff!!! The doctor’s assistants are very nice!
At 11:13, 05/23/26, I encountered an abrupt and rude phlebotomist during my visit this morning. As a patient, I was surprised and disappointed because this is not the level of customer service I have come to expect at Kaiser Permanente. Additionally, as a healthcare worker, I was concerned about the blood draw technique and infection prevention practices I observed.
