My experience was good. There was some waiting involved but there were lots of people needing care that day. The staff at check-in were kind and friendly. The pre-check medical staff listened as I explained why I was there and the radiologist made me feel comfortable. :)
Kaiser is awful. Make you wait months for referral then telll you it's going to be a scan with contrast and you have to get blood work and urine done with their labs. They tell you have to fast for the blood work and the scan then the day of they tell you that it's not with contrast. They tell you results within two days. All lies for for profit. Unnecessary labs, visits and procedures that they bill for. It's been 7 days and still no results. They don't share the same system as Kaiser California nor will Kaiser Washington i... read more
Worst place ever they make you want 2 months for a referal then they make you wait 3 hours cause they lost the fax for your blood work then you try to call 3 people tell me I can talk to anyone their 1 person tells me I can't and now I'm halfway their and learn my appointment has to be rescheduled real professional
