Getting weird cold calls from this number/hospital and after being told my own name, asked if I speak a Chinese, and when I said no, they hung up on me. What is going on and why are you cold calling me when I am not in the same state? I have never used Kaiser or been a member, nor have I ever gone to a Kaiser facility in any state. Why do you have my information?
