The pharmacy are some awesome people, they're fast at there jobs. In and out quickly.
I'd like to give a big THANK YOU to Phlebotomist David at the Point West Kaiser Lab for assisting my mother with her lab work on 4/21/26. It was a rainy day and I thought we'd have to come back since my mother is a "hard stick," but David stepped in and got it done quickly. Thank you soooo much for coming to her station and assisting! 5 stars for David! I wish we could request him every time!
This location is getting a complete renovation and it’s beautiful. The pharmacy is not overly busy so the line moves along at a reasonable pace. Checking in for appointments there is somewhat tricky if you don’t go in the right door or read all the signs and go upstairs beforehand. I don’t know if this is going to be a permanent setup or just the process for now.
Dear Kaiser Permanente Team, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent care we received during my son’s vaccination appointment today, April 17, 2026, at 12:30 PM at the Point West location. My son was very scared and even left the room at first. However, when we returned, Nurse Marie handled the situation with outstanding professionalism, patience, and skill.
